Commander provides individuals an environment where they can efficiently navigate and organize Windows files and folders.
Its interface and functions resemble ones from Total Commander. The UI consists of two panels, one on the left and one on the right, where files and folders are aligned depending on the viewing mode. This facilitates better menu navigation and simpler copying or moving file operations.
With Commander, users can realize their daily operations faster and simpler. They are able to extract files from RAR and ZIP archives and also compress to ZIP.
It provides viewing support for multiple file types, such as WMF, JPEG, PNG, PCX, ICO, HIPS, or CR2.
Furthermore, options like File search, Directory comparing, or Auto scaling and enhancement of images are also included.
All in all, there are very few issues one could find in this utility. One is the menu unresponsiveness when copying or moving large files. Another is that it can't run in background mode. But these are minor inconveniences, so you should definitely install it.
